Juli 1895<\/strong>. Die Feuerwehr wurde von 43 B\u00fcrgern der Gemeinde Hotteln gegr\u00fcndet.<\/p>\n<p>Das Feuerwehr <strong>Ger\u00e4tehaus<\/strong> wurde errichtet im Jahre 1980.<\/p>\n<p>Seit 1991 ist die Ortsfeuerwehr Hotteln\u00a0<b>St\u00fctzpunktwehr<\/b><del><\/del> und damit verantwortlich u.a. f\u00fcr den Autobahnabschnitt zwischen Laatzen (km 160,9) und Hildesheim Drispenstedt (km 176,8). Mit der Notauffahrt bei km 168,5 ist somit jeder Streckenabschnitt in K\u00fcrze erreichbar.<\/p>\n<h2>Mitglieder<\/h2>\n<p>Mit insgesamt \u00fcber <strong>200 Mitgliedern <\/strong>inklusive der Alterskameraden sowie den F\u00f6rderern unterst\u00fctzen rund ein drittel aller Einwohner die Ortsfeuerwehr.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu ein paar aktive Zahlen im Detail:<\/p>\n<table style=\"height: 303px; height: 24px; width: 14.2119%;\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<pre>Tabelle: Mitgliederstatistik<\/pre>\n<h2>\u00a0Was tun wir f\u00fcr euch<\/h2>\n<p>Die Freiwillige Feuerwehr Hotteln steht den B\u00fcrgern 365 Tage im Jahr sowohl Tag und Nacht als auch sonn- und feiertags zur Verf\u00fcgung, um Hab und Gut zu sch\u00fctzen und Leben zu retten. Das Einsatzgebiet ist das Stadtgebiet von Sarstedt und die Bundesautobahn BAB 7, auf der eine Strecke von 16 km betreut wird.<\/p>\n<h2>Der Verein im Ort<\/h2>\n<p>Die Feuerwehr ist ein fester Bestandteil im Dorfgeschehen.\u00a0 Am 1. Mai stellen die Aktiven Kameraden den Maibaum am Thie auf und veranstalten im Anschluss die gesellige Maifeier. Zum Osterfeuer stellt die Feuerwehr die Brandwache und sorgt damit f\u00fcr die Sicherheit des Ostervergn\u00fcgens.
